By combining modern health screenings, technology-driven tracking, and data-informed care, they empower patients and providers to better understand aging and long-term health risk.The RoleOur client is seeking a Longevity Operations Manager to help oversee and expand the delivery of longevity-focused health services across clinical and partner environments. This role is responsible for operational setup, partnership coordination, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple sites.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on - capable of building efficient systems, collaborating with medical professionals, and improving processes that scale the reach of preventive, longevity-oriented care.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & ImplementationLead operational setup for new longevity service locations and wellness programs.Develop patient and workflow processes that ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.Oversee logistics, scheduling, and coordination for diagnostic and preventive screenings.Ensure clinical compliance, documentation, and quality assurance standards are met.Serve as the operational liaison between the organization, clinicians, and strategic partners.Support onboarding and training for staff implementing longevity services.Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and service vendors.Business OptimizationCollaborate on pricing strategies, performance reporting, and service metrics.Track patient engagement, operational efficiency, and overall service outcomes.Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable system design.Manage or coordinate implementation of digital tools for scheduling, data visualization, and reporting.Ensure seamless coordination with lab, imaging, and analytics partners.Program Development & QualityWork with medical leadership to refine longevity service offerings and patient experience.Evaluate feedback and performance data to guide program enhancements.Help ensure that services align with evidence-based preventive and longevity principles.Qualifications5+ years in healthcare operations, clinical management, or medical business development.Background in preventive health, wellness, or longevity medicine preferred.Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in multi-site coordination.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial healthcare environment.Why Join Our ClientBe part of a forward-thinking company redefining how people access preventive and longevity care.Work alongside healthcare innovators committed to early detection and health optimization.Competitive compensation with growth and advancement opportunities.J-18808-Ljbffr
