Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute visionary online journeys to create competitive edge solutions for expanding our online presence and other digital experiences to increase brand visibility and help support business growth.As a national premier consulting firm, alliant is focused on providing solutions to help businesses transform and thrive. alliant offers six different service lines to our clients and this role is in our Education and Awareness department which supports all service lines.ResponsibilitiesImplement, monitor, and improve PPC campaignsPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising to increase in-bound leadsWork with social media team to design, build and maintain our social media presence through paid promotionsMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies with internal teamsPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateQualificationsBachelor's degree required (preferred in marketing or a related field)Proven success implementing and improving PPC campaigns for conversionsPreferred 5+ years' experience in digital marketing - B2B experience requiredDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaignsExpert level experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsExpert level knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsHigh sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing prioritiesReceptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essentialCandidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TXalliant offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including 100% employer paid medical/dental premiums for single coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO, company provided life insurance and disability, onsite gym and group fitness classes, paid covered parking, daily allowance for onsite café and Starbucks, and more!Do Work That Matters.
