Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges.What We OfferAIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:Expected pay rate of $70,000 - $90,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses. Service Managers who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn up to $1,500 per quarter.An Apartment Discount Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community you are working.Additional Benefits listed below.What You Will DoLead and develop a team of 1+ direct reportsProvide exemplary service to residents and team membersManage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requestsCommunicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressedEnsure property follows / in compliance with AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & SafetyManage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service
