Maintenance Technician

**Position Overview:**We are seeking a detail‐oriented, mechanically minded **Maintenance Technician** to assist the maintenance and reliability team. This role focuses on organizing asset data, updating maintenance documentation, and supporting preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with food safety and quality standards.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Photograph production assets (valves, pumps, sensors) to build a reference library+ Enter and maintain accurate asset information in the CMMS+ Update Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production equipment+ Collaborate with maintenance technicians to improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs+ Organize and maintain the Maintenance Library, including manuals and reference materials+ Monitor equipment performance and support PM program updates+ Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements**Qualifications:**+ Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail+ Experience with CMMS or maintenance documentation preferred+ Ability to work cross‐functionally with maintenance and reliability teams+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing or food production environment+ Strong organizational and documentation skills**What's in this position for you?**+ Pay: **$** **20.29**+ Shift: **Monday- Friday (8am- 5pm)**+ Weekly paycheck+ Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter+ Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
