Here, we foster meaningful careers, invest in the future, and make a difference for clients, institutions and communities around the world.Job DescriptionLead on-boarding and implementation for internal Ameriprise Personal Wealth Group acquisitions, managing the platform, advisor, and staff experience while handling program‐ specific requests. Partner with the Sr. Director, Business Development to drive the program from late‐stage sales through full ramp‐ up.Key Responsibilities:* Manage relationships throughout onboarding by driving collaboration and engagement between the acquisition and corporate partners. Customize the implementation plan and track key program milestones to set and manage expectations, including addressing standard program requests. Escalate any non‐standard requests to senior management.* Manage the end‐to‐end onboarding and hiring process for program management, advisors, staff, and marketing personnel. Partner with the transition management team to deliver a dedicated support model that ensures a smooth and successful transition. Set clear advisor expectations upfront to facilitate seamless conversion. Lead on‐site support for all pre‐ and post‐conversion activities and consistently strive to deliver a best‐in‐class experience for program leaders, clients, advisors, and staff. Ability to travel 10-15% of the time, based on volume of deal flow.* Work with Sr. Director, Business Development during end of sales cycle through agreement execution. Then supports program through onboarding and implementation plan. Once conversion is 90% complete, transition program into regional operations and regional director.* Provide strategic analysis of onboarding process to continue to evolve onboarding strategy (playbook). Identify lessons learned and apply through debrief process to evolve and enhance the onboarding experience. Manage, track and analyze key success metrics and trends through the implementation and identify opportunities to managing to a successful conversion.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent* 5-10 years relevant experienceAdditional Knowledge, Skills, Experiences:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to motivate team members to deliver results.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision and strong organizational/time management skills.* Able to communicate with all levels within the organization, including executives and C-suite.* Detail orientated.Strong organization and time management skills.Process oriented and can work with a team.Proficient with standard business software applications.Preferred Qualifications:* FINRA Series 7, 63/66, 65/66Visa SponsorshipApplicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).In-Office CollaborationWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.Base Pay SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is $114,500 - $157,400. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
