As the company expands its research, service, and customer engagement efforts, it is committed to building a strong, thoughtful team that can grow with it.They are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive HR Coordinator to support their expanding team. This position will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute key HR processes and foster a smooth, positive employee experience.Position OverviewThe HR Coordinator will handle daily HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, administering payroll and benefits, and providing general HR support. This role is very execution-oriented and demands strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.This is an on-site position.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on timeSupport payroll processing and benefits administration, including coordination with systems such as GustoMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentationAssist with tracking employee performance feedback and maintaining internal recordsSupport HR compliance efforts and ensure proper documentation and record-keepingServe as a point of contact for general HR-related questions from employeesAssist with offboarding processes and employee lifecycle administrationHelp maintain a positive, organized, and professional employee experience as the company growsQualification1–3 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related fieldBachelor's degree preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetExperience with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., Gusto) is a plusInterest in healthcare technology or startup environments is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Pay range: $60,000-$70,000Medical, dental, and vision insurancePTO / paid holidays401(k)
