You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to target specific geographies and market segments. With a passion for engaging prospects and a persuasive communication style, you'll play a pivotal role in our go-to-market efforts.ResponsibilitiesCreate messaging and cadences/campaigns to reach out to target accounts with relevant value statements and positioningCommunicate frequently with enterprise Sales Directors to ensure execution of agreed-upon outreach strategies and refine based on what is working/not workingUse industry and business insights to research accounts, identify key players, and develop relationships to nurture and qualify leadsCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop target lists and strategies, driving growth across prioritized marketsCollaborating with the SDR team, sharing best practices and insights to amplify success across the team and beyondConduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calls, emails, marketing campaigns, etc.Generate new sales-qualified introductory meetings for the sales directors, who will then conduct discovery and determine if an opportunity is presentManage and track all activities to ensure data accuracy and effective follow-upsQualifications1+ years of experience in SaaS sales environmentPrevious experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calling, email campaigns, sequencing, etc.)Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding targetsAbility to follow outreach scripts effectively while adapting to conversations, and confidently handle objections to move discussions forward.Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skillsBenefitsBe part of one of the fastest-growing companies in the United StatesReceive competitive compensation that includes a robust benefits package—medical, dental, vision, LTD, HSA, FSA, free virtual mental health counseling, and many perks related to health and wellness provided by our medical carriersMedical insurance coverage is effective on the first day of employment401(k) match that is 100% immediately vestedDiscretionary and charitable time off programHome office setup allowance, if fully remoteThe base salary range for this position is $55,000 per year plus competitive commission paid quarterly with around $87,000 on target earnings.
