If you are interested in this Accounts Payable Lead position, please contact Lindsay at 5867107959 or LKOPASZ@ALINESTAFFING.com Accounts Payable Lead Compensation The pay for this position is $37.41 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Accounts Payable Lead Highlights · This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs · The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a hybrid schedule (Tuesdays in office; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday remote) Accounts Payable Lead Responsibilities · Manage centralized Accounts Payable function, including vendor relations and invoice coding · Serve as liaison between A/P processing teams, vendors, and field operations · Respond to Accounts Payable inquiries · Review and process invoices into ledgers, records, and databases · Reconcile vendor statements and general ledger for missing invoices at month end · Oversee vendor credit applications · Audit A/P distribution journals for coding errors · Train Accounts Payable support staff · Prepare audit requests and financial data reports · Prepare manual journal entries as needed · Perform additional assigned duties Accounts Payable Lead Requirements · Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience · Five or more years of Accounts Payable experience · Experience working with large ERP Accounts Payable systems · Strong computer and business software skills · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving ability · Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness · High School Diploma or GED · Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Accounts Payable Lead Preferred Qualifications · Prior leadership or supervisory experience · Experience supporting audits and financial reporting processes If you think this Accounts Payable Lead position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
