Interim Controller

Highspring has been engaged with a trusted Private Equity client, and they are in search of an Interim Controller for one of their portfolio companies.Our client is seeking a highly hands-on Interim Controller to be a steady pair of hands during a time of transition for a services business that is less than $50M in top line revenue. The Controller will take full ownership of accounting operations and lead and a mentor a small team of 3 people. The ideal candidate has prior controllership experience in a private equity-backed services organization that can lead this team through a transition.The ideal candidate will be on site 3 days a week and will commit to the duration of the engagement of 6-9 months.
