The area offers convenient transportation options and a variety of amenities that support a balanced work-life experience.Responsibilities:Assist surgical teams during orthopedic procedures, ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly prepared and sterileMaintain operating room safety protocols throughout the procedureCollaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient careAccurately document procedures and maintain electronic medical records using EpicAdhere to health and safety regulations and sterile processing standardsWork weekend and holiday shifts as necessary to maintain optimal OR coverageQualifications and Desired Experience:Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Operating Room Technician with specific expertise in orthopedic casesCertification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredProficient in using Epic EMR systemAbility to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environmentsFlexibility to cover night shifts, weekends, and holidays as neededSchedule:Night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AMGuaranteed 36 total working hours per week (excluding one-hour breaks)This contract role offers dedicated night hours, providing an excellent work-life balance for night-shift professionals.
