Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of progressively responsible financial experience, with a strong background in governmental accounting and auditing standards, budget development and management, financial reporting, and grants. The role requires a clear and confident communicator, with strong administrative, organizational, and analytical skills. The CFO will also be expected to have a customer service orientation, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of professionalism in public speaking. A valid South Carolina Driver's License is required.
