Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a master's degree preferred, and 10-15 years of progressive financial and management experience within a nonprofit organization. The role requires a strategic thinker with a collaborative leadership style, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a mission-focused, person-centered environment. Key responsibilities include providing strategic financial planning, overseeing risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.
