The successful candidate will be a hands-on executive finance leader, responsible for overseeing a 15-person finance team and driving financial visibility, operational rigor, and executive-level partnership across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include assessing and stabilizing the existing finance structure, team performance, and processes, as well as strengthening reporting, forecasting, and operational controls. The Interim CFO will also be tasked with overseeing multi-site and international finance operations, partnering with the CEO and executive leadership on strategic financial planning, and identifying and implementing operational improvements. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a background in executive-level finance leadership within manufacturing environments, with a preference for those with experience in medical device or life sciences. The role requires a candidate with a strong operational finance expertise in mid-market organizations, experience in overseeing multi-site and international operations, and a hands-on leadership style. The ideal candidate will be highly systems-savvy, with ERP experience such as QAD being preferred.
