The Resident Counselor, reporting to the Residential Life Managers and Culture and Residential Life Director, is a part-time non-exempt, seasonal position from July 18th - July 30th in Los Angeles, CA. Resident Counselors are responsible for the supervision of YOLA National Festival musicians during their residential life experience.

JOB SUMMARY: In the Resident Services Manager role, you will manage customer support for residents by assisting with service requests, accounting and rental issues, and coordinating other miscellaneous resident-related functions to achieve community goals surrounding resident retention.

Resident must be a licensed California pharmacist within 120 days from the program start date. Residents who are not licensed as a pharmacist within 120 days from the program start date will have their term of appointment extended by the number of days the resident is without licensure past the 120-day deadline up to a maximum of 45 days.

Organize resident and property files and input information into Yardi accounting system. Plan and host community events to enhance resident engagement. Maintains a fundamental working knowledge of all lease documentation and resident guide policies and procedures (e.g. Fair Housing guidelines, renter’s insurance policy, lease forms and agreements, etc.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Resident Care Services/ Wellness Director. Maintains resident clothing and clothing closet in a clean, neat, and orderly manner. Makes resident beds, empties resident garbage, and tidies resident rooms daily and as needed.

The Resident Engineer Material Representative is a key member of the materials engineering and source inspection program. METS customers are Resident Engineers (RE), Structure Representatives (SR), District Materials Engineers (DME), Design, Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Resident Manager or ARM, the Resident Advisor is responsible for providing shelter supervision (custodial) and delivery of residential services to residents within the framework of the Mission Statement, Five Principles.

Under the direction of the Single Crisis Housing Network Program Supervisor, the Resident Advocate serves as the point of contact for the Single Adults currently enrolled in SSG/HOPICS' Crisis Housing Network.

The Resident Relations Specialist (“RRS”) supports the General Manager (“GM”) and/or the Resident Relations Supervisor by providing exceptional, responsive service to every resident or guest they encounter.

WSH Management is currently recruiting for a Resident Manager for a 78-unit, affordable apartment community located in Reseda, CA. This candidate will report to Regional Property Manager. The Resident Manager is primarily responsible for the day to day management of all property operations to include, weekly and monthly reports, consistent implementation of community policies, accounts receivable and payable, and preparing the annual budget.

The medical physics resident will be expected to work in this training position for 3 years to qualify for both ABR Diagnostic and Nuclear Medical Physics certification exams. The program provides structured training and progress assessment in all aspects of clinical medical physics in diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine, with direct supervision by the medical physics faculty.

The onsite Resident Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operations of a 34-unit property in Sherman Oaks, CA. This includes but is not limited to the following: Building Safety, Administrative Duties, Resident Relations, Facility/Common Area Maintenance, and Apartment Leasing/Rental.

The Clinician Resident is bound by the prevailing residency rules, regulations and standards set forth by NCOPE as well as the Code of Professional Responsibility from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics (ABC.

Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred, and a unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (or equivalency, as determined by the Director of Spiritual Care Department).
