Provide required support to Quality, Production and Field Service team as the control boxes moves along the production until completion and any on-site issues. Design and draft control drawings that is in line to customer specification, industry standards and company standards considering the best, optimized approach in terms of cost and quality.

In this role you will work as part of a team to conduct hands-on failure analysis, field inspections, electrochemical and other laboratory testing, as well as work with clients to evaluate corrosion control and integrity management measures.

The Maintenance Mechanic Lead is primarily responsible for facility equipment repairs, completing preventative maintenance, small project execution, inspection planning, job cost control, and work order processing.

Contribute to the design of radiation safety systems including access control system and beam containment system. Develop, execute and oversee operation programs related to radiation safety systems, including facility authorization, configuration control, work plan configuration, etc.

Develop schematics comprised of FPGAs, SoCs, memories, communications devices, analog devices, ADCs, DACs, motion control devices, feedback sensors, power supplies. Experience designing circuits for motion control systems with motor drivers and sensors.

Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (Solidworks preferred), engineering drawing creation (GD&T), and experience with PDM or similar CAD version control system. The candidate will work closely with other functions on the Technical Operations team (External Manufacturing, Process Sciences, Vector MSAT, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, CMC Operations, and CMC Regulatory) to support development of the internal and external manufacturing strategy and execute against the strategy to ensure reliable deliverables throughout the project life cycle.

Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (software, electrical, robotics & control systems) on the design, development, integration, and manufacturing of disposable accessories and subsystems.

Supports documentation needs of Karius core teams (routing validation packages, laboratory change control forms). Perform other responsibilities as specified by the Quality Systems Manager or Laboratory Director.

Confidently maneuver through various computer-based monitoring platforms including camera systems, access control systems, and alarm processing systems.
