This role is responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned projects including budgets, schedules, staffing, equipment utilization, and client communication Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure safe and efficient project executionCoordinate development and updates of project schedules, cost reports, and performance trackingSupport procurement activities including subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and payment approvalsReview and approve key construction methods, site purchases, and project documentationMonitor job costs and prepare regular financial and progress reportsEnsure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirementsOversee project closeout and documentation upon completionSupport employee training and development initiatives as neededRequired SkillsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with field teams, management, and clients Proven leadership abilities with a focus on safety, performance, and accountabilityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 3 years of project management experience on large electrical construction projectsExperience supporting high voltage substation, transmission, or distribution projects within the utility sectorFootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
