Construction Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction and mission critical projects. This role is responsible for leading complex, high‐priority projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You'll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination throughout every phase of construction.Key Responsibilities+ Manage all phases of construction projects with a focus on mission critical and electrical scopes.+ Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.+ Coordinate effectively with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders.+ Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.+ Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual requirements.+ Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress updates.+ Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all parties.+ Drive continuous improvement and problem‐solving throughout the project lifecycle.Essential Skills & Experience+ Strong understanding in electrical construction management.+ Proven ability to manage complex or large‐scale construction projects.+ Excellent leadership, communication, and team‐coordination skills.+ Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project priorities.Preferred Qualifications+ Experience with mission critical environments (data centers, hospitals, industrial facilities, etc.).+ Certifications such as PMP, CM, or electrical‐related credentials (preferred, not required).Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kaukauna, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
