This position is ideal for a hands‐on leader who can confidently manage technical scopes, coordinate cross‐functional teams, and deliver consistent results on high‐stakes builds.What You'll LeadFull lifecycle management of construction projects from planning through closeoutDevelopment and oversight of project budgets, schedules, and resource plansCoordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsEnforcement of safety standards, building codes, and quality specificationsMonitoring progress and adjusting strategies to keep projects on trackPreparing and delivering clear project updates for all stakeholdersRapid resolution of issues occurring on‐site or during planningFostering strong teamwork, communication, and a positive project cultureConducting routine site visits to ensure safety and specification alignmentIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating project risksManaging procurement for timely and cost‐effective materials and equipmentLeading project meetings and maintaining project documentationWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field5+ years managing commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projectsProven ability to deliver large‐scale, technically complex buildsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and best practicesExceptional leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skillsProficiency with modern project management tools and softwareAbility to perform in fast‐moving environments while balancing multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and decision‐making abilitiesPreferred ExperiencePMP or similar certificationKnowledge of sustainable construction or LEED practicesExperience with RFIs, submittals, take‐offs, and change ordersFamiliarity with MS Project, Procore, and SageProject experience in healthcare, manufacturing, biopharma, or other technical facilitiesExperience managing projects ranging from $500k to $20M, especially within the $3M-$5M rangeJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, CT.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
