Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. The licensed Esthetician will be responsible for delivering personalized skincare treatments, performing advanced procedures, and contributing to the overall client experience. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and Venus treatments using state-of-the-art equipment. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations. Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and special offers. Assist at the front desk by greeting guests, managing bookings, and ensuring excellent guest services. Upsell additional treatments or products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth. Stay current with industry trends including body waxing, eyelash extensions, and med spa procedures. Support team efforts through effective communication skills and collaboration with management. Skills Valid Cosmetology license with esthetician certification required. Experience with esthetic laser treatment, dermal fillers, and deep tissue massage preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Skilled in social media management for marketing purposes. Capable of performing facials, peelings, eyelash extensions, and other beauty treatments. Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to enhance client experience and revenue generation. Knowledge of product demos, guest services, hospitality standards, and bilingual is a plus.
