Our platform includes Sciton BBL, MOXI, UltraClear, Sofwave, clinical skincare, and luxury medical-grade retail in a refined, high-touch client environment.What You Will Do• Perform Sciton BBL treatments for pigment, redness, and photorejuvenation• Perform MOXI non-ablative laser treatments• Perform UltraClear treatments for resurfacing, skin quality, and collagen remodeling• Perform Sofwave treatments, if trained and approved under clinic protocols• Follow treatment settings, safety standards, charting requirements, and pre-care and post-care protocols• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments• Perform clinical facials, corrective chemical peels, and dermaplaning when applicable• Educate clients on skin health, treatment plans, pre-care, post-care, and home regimens• Recommend appropriate skincare products and long-term treatment plans• Build trust, continuity, and repeat relationships with clientsWhat We Are Looking For• Active Texas esthetician license in good standing• Certified Laser Technician or appropriate laser certification required• At least 1 year of experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or clinical aesthetics setting preferred• Prior experience with Sciton, BBL, MOXI, UltraClear, Sofwave, or comparable devices preferred• Strong understanding of Fitzpatrick skin typing, contraindications, treatment safety, and post-treatment care• Ability to work independently within established clinical protocols• Professional demeanor suitable for a luxury, discerning clientele• Strong consultation skills and ability to educate clients clearly and confidently• Interest in building a loyal returning client base over timeCompensation and BenefitsCompensation includes base hourly pay plus service commission, retail commission, tips where permitted, and bonus opportunities. Total compensation will vary based on experience, schedule, treatment volume, rebooking, retail attachment, client retention, and approved device proficiency.Strong laser and skin providers may earn $25.00 to $45.00+ per hour in total compensation. Senior laser technicians with advanced device experience, high schedule utilization, strong retention, and consistent retail or package performance may reach $60,000 to $95,000+ annualized total compensation.Commission is calculated strictly on eligible service revenue actually collected by the practice.
