It is a refined skin and facial artistry position for someone who wants to work in a physician-led med spa and wellness environment without being limited to a high-volume, transactional treatment model.About the RoleBeauté Paris Med Spa & Wellness is a physician-led boutique practice in West Austin devoted to preventative aging, skin quality, facial rejuvenation, and subtle, elegant results.We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician / Medical Esthetician to perform advanced facial treatments, corrective skincare services, facial massage protocols, client education, skincare planning, and retail recommendations in a luxury med spa environment.This role does not focus on lasers. It is designed for a skin-focused esthetician with strong hands, confident product knowledge, polished client communication, and an interest in advanced facial work, sculpting massage, lymphatic techniques, and buccal facial massage.What You Will Do• Perform advanced customized facials and corrective skin treatments• Perform Hydrafacial-style treatments, dermaplaning, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and finishing protocols as trained and approved• Perform chemical peels and clinical skincare treatments within your licensed scope and clinic protocols• Perform facial massage, sculpting massage, lymphatic-style facial massage, and buccal facial massage when properly trained and approved• Conduct skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatment plans• Educate clients on skin health, home care, treatment rhythm, pre-care, post-care, and long-term skin quality• Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products with confidence and professionalism• Support rebooking, retail attachment, package follow-through, and long-term client retention• Maintain clean, organized, calm, and well-prepared treatment rooms• Follow all practice policies, sanitation expectations, documentation standards, and communication protocolsWhat We Are Looking For• Active Texas esthetician license in good standing• At least 1 year of esthetics, spa, medical spa, dermatology, wellness, luxury spa, or advanced skincare experience preferred• Strong hands-on facial technique and comfort delivering a refined client experience• Buccal facial massage or intraoral facial massage experience preferred• Experience with sculpting facial massage, lymphatic facial massage, gua sha, facial cupping, or advanced facial massage techniques is a plus• Experience with Hydrafacial-style treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, extractions, corrective facials, or medical-grade skincare preferred• Strong product knowledge and comfort recommending skincare retail without being pushy• Professional warmth, excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and discretion• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and schedule consistency• Interest in preventative aging, skin quality, facial rejuvenation, and luxury client care• Desire to build a loyal returning client base inside a refined med spa and wellness environmentCompensation and BenefitsCompensation may include base hourly pay, service commission, retail commission, tips where permitted, and bonus opportunities. Total compensation will vary based on experience, schedule, treatment volume, client retention, rebooking, retail attachment, and approved specialty skills.Strong estheticians with advanced facial skills, excellent rebooking, and consistent retail confidence may earn $28.00 to $45.00+ per hour in estimated total compensation.Commission is calculated strictly on eligible service revenue actually collected by the practice.
