Job DescriptionLocation: Irvine, CA | Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Work Structure: OnsitePay Range: $22-$24/hrAbout the Role:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This is an ideal opportunity for early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in shipping and logistics, with a clear growth path into supply chain and operations roles.In this role, you will ensure order accuracy, coordinate shipments, maintain ERP and CRM records, assist with inventory control, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.What You'll Do:Process and ship orders accurately and efficientlyReview orders and shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, labels)Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepanciesCoordinate RMAs and customer returnsEnsure accuracy of part numbers, serial numbers, and lot numbersMaintain records in ERP and CRM systemsAssist with inventory control, cycle counts, and reportingCommunicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issuesWhat We're Looking For:Must-Have:High School diploma or GEDStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and teamwork mindsetIntelligent and reliable characterPreferred:Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Epicor, etc.)UPS/FedEx shipping platform experienceLogistics, inventory, or warehouse coordination experienceCustomer service experienceExposure to regulated environments (medical device, pharma, aerospace)Why This Role:Hands-on experience with global logistics and shipping operationsOpportunity to grow into broader supply chain and operations rolesFast-paced, collaborative, and innovative work environmentCareer path for motivated, detail-oriented professionals#KPG123Meet Your Recruiter
