This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory tracking, supporting operational workflows, and improving internal processes across purchasing, production, and warehouse functions.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ERP systems, Excel, and other operational software platforms. This position works closely with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and data integrity.Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementMonitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production demands and minimize shortages or excess inventory.Coordinate accurate receiving, stocking, and movement of goods within the facility.Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits, identifying and resolving discrepancies.Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP or warehouse management systems.Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete inventory to support operational decision-making.Systems & ReportingUtilize ERP systems, inventory platforms, and Excel to track inventory activity and generate operational reports.Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and production data within system platforms.Assist with troubleshooting discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.Purchasing & Production SupportSupport purchasing activities including purchase order tracking and supplier coordination.Work closely with production teams to ensure materials availability and accurate inventory documentation.Assist with coordinating material availability to support production schedules.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and administrative teams to improve inventory accuracy and operational workflows.Ensure proper organization, labeling, and documentation of inventory materials.Assist with forecasting discussions related to inventory availability and demand planning.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.Support initiatives aimed at strengthening processes and workflows within the Temple facility.Assist leadership in implementing improved inventory control procedures.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field required2+ years of experience in inventory coordination, warehouse administration, purchasing support, or related operational rolesExperience working with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory tracking softwareStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience in manufacturing or warehouse environmentsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workdayFrequent use of computers, keyboards, and office equipmentAbility to occasionally walk within the warehouse or production areasAbility to lift or move materials up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment that may include varying noise levels and production activityPrimeSource BluePrint ValuesAt PrimeSource Building Products, our culture is guided by our BluePrint ValuesCare – We care about our people, customers, and communities.Winning Together – We collaborate and support one another to achieve shared success.Working Hard – We take pride in delivering results through dedication and commitment.Working Smart – We continuously improve processes and look for better ways to work.Working Fast – We move with urgency and efficiency to meet customer needs.These values guide how we work together and how we serve our customers every day.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementPrimeSource Building Products and Cobra Anchors are Equal Opportunity Employers.
