Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Job Description: Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures.Contribute to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning.Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.Work in a supportive environment, fully integrated into the care team with respected clinical leadership roles.Support full-spectrum pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology.Take advantage of mentorship programs, especially designed for new graduates.Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal care.
