Material Handler

Material HandlerThe Material Handler supports assembly operations by safely transporting materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring parts are delivered to the production line on time to meet customer and quality requirements.Roles and responsibilities include:Safely operate forklifts and handling equipment, completing required inspections and following all safety procedures.Load, unload, move, and deliver materials to production areas to prevent downtime and support continuous workflow.Perform scanning transactions, maintain FIFO inventory accuracy, and ensure materials are properly tagged (TLCQQ).Place materials in correct locations and maintain organized, clean work areas following 5S standards.Investigate and resolve inventory variances while ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing orphan tags.Communicate effectively with team members and support departments to meet production needs.Experience and qualifications include:High School Diploma or GED.612 months of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred.Ability to obtain and maintain a KAMTEK forklift license.Ability to stand, sit, or operate equipment for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Benefits include:Onsite cafeteria with multiple fresh-cooked options and salad barAnnual events (Summer cookouts, Christmas party, etc.)Annual uniform allowanceAnnual shoe allowanceBiennial prescription safety glasses allowancePerfect attendance rewards (Hourly employees)Medical Dental DayEducation assistance12 Paid HolidaysHealth Insurance (includes telemedicine, FSA, HSA, and other benefits)Dental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with matchEmployee Profit Sharing PlanAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
