Client Partner, Mid-Market (App Dev)

Account Management Client Partner App Development Digital Media Sales Mobile AdvertisingWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Partner to join our App Dev team in New York. In this role, you will act as the "CEO" of your book of business, taking full ownership of revenue forecasting, client relationship management, and strategy development. You will collaborate with Account Managers to build strong partnerships with app developers, providing Reddit solutions to help them achieve their marketing and business goals. You will also communicate feedback on our sales processes and ad products to cross-functional teams, advocating for App Dev customers and improving team effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesOwn book of business revenue and advertiser growth strategy.Collaborate with App Developer advertisers to deliver Reddit solutions.Proactively explore and uncover client needs, aligning their goals with opportunities on the platform.Manage and deepen relationships with clients and agencies.Educate clients on Reddit platform capabilities.Construct joint business plans and media strategies with top clients.Communicate feedback to cross-functional teams to advocate for App Dev customers.Mentor and train other team members.Partner with Sales Ops to provide feedback on processes.Proactively identify and own relevant projects.Build and leverage internal relationships to deliver on client and business goals.Qualifications4-7 years of experience in digital media, with 1-3 years in sales.Deep industry expertise in mobile apps, mobile User Acquisition, and MMPs.Demonstrated achievement against sales targets.Familiarity with sales tools for client research.Experience upleveling relationships with C-level executives.Proficient at upselling and growing client spend.Experience cultivating strong external partnerships.Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising.Ability to manage a book of business of 30+ accounts.Positive outlook and team player.Motivated self-starter.BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.BenefitsComprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs401k MatchFamily Planning SupportGender-Affirming CareMental Health & Coaching BenefitsFlexible Vacation & Reddit Global Days offGenerous paid Parental LeavePaid Volunteer time offHow to ApplyInterested in this position?
