We value hard work of the highest quality and also encourage creativity, entrepreneurship, and having fun.We are seeking a Partner, this role is a highly visible and challenging position that draws heavily upon all of the analytical, creative, interpersonal and leadership skills essential to be effective in Life Sciences Market strategy consulting. This role requires a keen ability to identify new and additional business opportunities at clients. In addition to building business, this strategic role must oversee project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction, quality and firm profitability. This role will play a significant role in Practice Leadership and Solution Development. The ability to lead clients, manage client relationships and direct Guidehouse thought leadership and teams is critical to your success. Specific responsibilities include:Provides unique Market Strategy subject matter expertise within the pharmaceutical industry primarily to large and mid-sized global pharmaceutical companies. You will lead or thread your skill through projects that could include any combination of the following:Therapeutic area strategy developmentProduct opportunity assessmentsCommercial strategyBusiness development search and evaluationsDue diligenceMarket Access StrategyNew product launches, planning and positioningPayer landscape assessmentsEvidence Planning and Real-World EvidenceOversees multiple clients and project deliverables simultaneously of all varying sizes and durationsSupervises, mentors and develops Guidehouse personnelManages client interactions and expectationsDrives new revenue generation with existing clientsDevelops business with new clients, drawing upon industry connectionsParticipates in non-client related firm-building activitiesAssumes greater overall responsibility for quality control of client work productCreates, leads and drives the Guidehouse point of view and the deliverables from a Market Strategy perspectiveAdheres to Guidehouse risk management guidelines.
