Job Description Our organization is excited to present a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Sports Orthopedic Surgery Physician to become part of a thriving practice in Fresno, California.The standard schedule for this full-time position is Monday through Friday, with shared emergency department call responsibilities among qualified members of the Orthopedics Department. The selected candidate should be prepared to handle general orthopedic emergency calls.We are a physician-led multispecialty group with over 120 providers, actively seeking a sports orthopedic surgeon to enhance our busy orthopedic practice in Fresno. Our team includes three Orthopedic Surgeons, two Sports Medicine/Family Medicine physicians, and three Advanced Practice Providers.Our practice is affiliated with a highly regarded medical center that has been recognized as the Best Regional Hospital by U.S. News & World Report. Situated in Central California, our location boasts a lower cost of living and is conveniently close to Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia National Parks. Additionally, it offers easy access to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and the Central Coast, along with direct flights to most major airports, excellent schools, and a strong sense of community.Requirements for this Position:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degreeCompletion of an accredited orthopedic residency programBoard Certification from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) (or the ability to obtain certification within three years)Eligibility for California medical licensure and privileges at the affiliated medical centerCurrent registration for controlled substances with the Board of Pharmacy and DEAWillingness to participate in general orthopedic callThis is an excellent chance for a Sports Orthopedic Surgery physician to join a growing and dynamic practice.Compensation Package:Our organization provides a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:Salary guarantee with bonus potential for three yearsSalary range: $600,000 - $650,000 per yearRelocation assistanceComprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurancePaid malpractice insurancePaid time off, holidays, and CME allowanceRetirement savings plan
