Our organization is seeking to fill two academic faculty roles in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (previously referred to as FPMRS). The selected candidates will engage in direct patient care, including performing URPS procedures, while also taking on responsibilities related to teaching and supervising medical students and residents. Additionally, involvement in research and quality improvement initiatives aligned with professional training, skills, and career aspirations will be expected. This role offers a unique chance to serve an underserved patient demographic, as the only URPS provider catering to MediCal patients in the area. Compensation and academic rank will be determined based on qualifications.
