Service Sales Representative

Service Sales RepresentativeCCI Mechanical, Inc. is looking for an ambitious and passionate person to join our sales team. The Service Sales Representative will specialize in closing new preventative maintenance business opportunities (HVAC Maintenance Service Contracts). This employee will be responsible for expanding CCI Mechanical's book of business by selling service agreements to potential customers. If you are a team player and a dynamic go-getter, we want you on our team.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversionContact new customers to discuss needs (cold call, email, networking, site walks)Communicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete the maintenance being quotedNegotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreementsPipeline management in CRMReport all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to Sales ManagerMeet established revenue and profit goals as defined in the Service Sales Incentive PlanDemonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development as a Sales Professional, including attendance at product and sales training events, participation at all professional training provided by EMCOR/CCI Mechanical, etc.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in customer service or salesExperience selling services (vs. products)Experience in the HVAC industry is preferredStrong customer presentation skills and a demonstrated sales aptitudeComputer skills using Word and ExcelReliable, self-driven, confident, articulate, and persuasiveWe have a strong core of long-term employees along with young talent that allows for a powerful combination of lessons learned and fresh ideas.
