Director of Construction

Director of Construction We are seeking a Director of Construction to lead and oversee self-perform field construction operations at the group level. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality and safety while leading and developing construction teams.Key Responsibilities:Oversee field construction operations and ensure project profitability, schedule, quality, and safety targets are metLead and develop Project Directors, Project Managers, and construction staffSupport preconstruction efforts including proposals, design reviews, and project planningProvide oversight on project scheduling, estimating, cost controls, and subcontractor managementMonitor project performance, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery and closeoutAct as a key liaison with clients, internal leadership, and project teamsOversee warranty responses, risk management, and compliance with company policiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of progressive leadership experience in constructionStrong knowledge of construction operations, estimating, financial management, and project deliveryProven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
