This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager who enjoys owning projects from preconstruction through closeout and working alongside experienced field and executive teams.Projects range across commercial, healthcare, industrial and institutional environments, offering long-term stability and career growth.What You’ll DoAs an Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and financial performance of assigned projects. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, preconstruction teams, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Key responsibilities include:Managing owner contracts and ensuring contractual complianceDeveloping and maintaining project schedules and quality control plansOverseeing project budgets, forecasting, and cost controlsIdentifying risks, critical milestones, and cost impactsCoordinating with preconstruction on scopes and estimatesPreparing change orders, pay applications, and monthly billingsEvaluating subcontractors and ensuring contractual readiness prior to mobilizationReviewing job cost reports and managing project resourcesDeveloping look-ahead schedules and supporting field executionEnsuring safety and quality standards are embedded throughout the project lifecycleWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1-5+ years of experience in construction and project managementMinimum of 2 years working for a commercial contractorProficiency with scheduling and project management software (Primavera, Expedition, CM systems, MS Office)Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsSolid understanding of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, and construction documentation
