Meter Coordinator

Department: AdministrationReports To: Meter Collection SupervisorFLSA Status: Full Time / HourlyPurposeThe Meter Collector contributes to the timely and accurate billing of customers through the collecting and recording of data used to establish usage on supported office equipment.ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for collecting meter readings by leveraging meter collection tools as well as direct interaction with customers.Complete daily meter collection assignmentsCall customers to collect meter readings on non-networked devicesUpload and download meter readings using various software/toolsWork with internal IT Helpdesk to link data collection tools to customer devicesMonitors daily “issue” reporting and takes appropriate corrective actions to resolve data collection issuesProcesses the billing on service contracts once valid meters are inputProvide management and ad-hoc reports utilizing Microsoft ExcelEffectively communicate with employees and interact with customers in a courteous and appropriate mannerOther duties as assignedSupervisionSupervisedContactsInternal: Exempt, Non-ExemptExternal: Current Customers, VendorsJob Related DimensionsStrong attention to detailStrong communication skills – both verbal and writtenProficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)Proficiency in E-Automate or other similar ERP systemProficiency with ECM/Workflow softwareAbility to multitaskAbility to work in fast paced environment with time sensitive deadlines QualificationsHS Diploma or GEDPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentAbility to sit at desk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.
