This position is part of the GasSeparation SolutionsMembrane R&D group.Ourgroupis responsible forthe development ofnovelgas filtermediatechnology, and productsthatsupport Entegris' mission to enable high-performance solutions for the semiconductor industry.What You'll Do: Support technology and product development projects to deliver filtration technologies for a wide range ofgas filtrationapplications.Activities may include designingfiltrationmedia, analyzing the problem, evaluating novel technologies/concepts/equipment, conceptualizing a technical pathforwardandtechnology transfer to our manufacturing plants.Work collaboratively with both internal and external support functions to obtain projectobjectives.Leadinggatedprojects, coordinatingprojecttimelines, deliverables, and communicationsin a professional, effective, structured, and concise format, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful project executionwithgatedproject approach.What We Seek: BS in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Metallurgy Engineering and3+ years ofdirectly relatedexperience isrequired.MS in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Metallurgy Engineering and1+ years ofdirectly relatedexperience is preferred.Willingness to perform hands-on experiments(filtrationperformanceevaluation, failure analysis,R&D DOErunsetc.)in a lab environment.Knowledge or experience inmetal injection molding, additive manufacturing (binder jetting,powder bed fusionetc.)andpowder metallurgy processing isrequired.Experience with3Dsolid modeling software such as SolidWorks,Creoetc.isrequired.Hands on metal powder experienceand strong fundamental understanding of science/engineering principles related to filtrationrequired.Outstanding Candidates Will Have: Quick learner,openand able to adapt to new tasks and processes.Skilledin ideation processes, abstract designconceptsand computer modeling or layouts.Ability to leadprojects, coordinatetimelines, deliverables, and communicationsin a professional, effective, structured, and concise format, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful project execution.Must be able to thrive in a team-oriented environment with the ability to communicate effectively with cross functional team members.An unparalleled attention to detailand being able toutilizeindependent thinking to achieve project goals.Knowledgeinsemiconductor hardwareand systemsis desirable.Senseof urgency and unwavering resolve to meet project timelines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent overall computer and software skills/knowledge.Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.WHY WORK AT ENTEGRIS?Lead.
