This executive will be responsible for leading a procurement team, overseeing all procurement activities, and aligning closely with operations, finance, and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include leading the procurement function across all categories, building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships, and driving cost-saving initiatives. The successful candidate will also be tasked with optimizing inventory, managing vendor relationships, and implementing procurement policies and processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.Candidates for the Vice President of Procurement role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. The role requires a proven track record in contract negotiation, strategic supplier management, and experience with ERP systems. Strong analytical, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
