Key responsibilities for the Vice President include overseeing all equipment purchases, rentals, and attachment inventory, leading rental operations, and establishing standardized inventory reporting and controls. The role also involves collaborating with branch managers on inventory flow, managing aged inventory, and supporting executive leadership with business planning and strategic reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 10 years' of progressive management experience in inventory, rental, or equipment operations, and a proven track record in a construction equipment dealership. Strong business acumen, the ability to analyze financial data, and experience in equipment transport logistics are highly valued.
