The successful candidate will be responsible for leading major operational initiatives in partnership with senior leadership, particularly in the areas of office and warehouse operations. This includes overseeing the assessment, launch, and daily management of new systems to support increased inventory and distribution volume. The VP Operations will also be tasked with translating executive priorities into project plans, maintaining internal compliance, and directing daily operational activities with a focus on both office and warehouse functions. Applicants for the VP Operations role at the company should have a background in commodity-driven businesses or products, with experience in distribution or logistics-focused environments. A strong understanding of operational systems, logistical processes, and workflow management is essential, as is a demonstrated history of leading warehouse enhancements or new system implementations. Collaboration experience with IT teams on ERP adjustments or system upgrades is also required.
