The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MedSurg and telemetry./n/nResponsibilities/n/n- Care for stroke patients, as well as neurosurgery and other neuro diagnosis patients./n- Monitor and manage dysrhythmias and other neurological conditions./n- Float to other Med/Surg and Telemetry areas as needed./n- Work every other weekend and cover additional shifts if required./n/n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n/n- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year of direct MedSurg experience./n- Travelers must have completed at least 2 successful contracts./n- Current certifications: BCLS, NIHSS.
