Vice President, Human ResourcesAbout the CompanyEstablished provider of top-notch servicesIndustryAccountingTypePrivately HeldAbout the RoleThe Vice President, Human Resources will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization's global people strategy to support rapid growth and organizational scaling, providing enterprise-wide HR leadership across corporate and field operations including distributed workforce environments, advising executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning and talent strategy, leading HR integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions while driving change management and cultural alignment initiatives, overseeing total rewards and enterprise talent development strategies to strengthen engagement and retention, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards, and leading a team of HR leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and high performance across the business. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR business administration or a related field (a Master's degree preferred) and have at least 15 years' HR leadership experience in a complex, multi-site or global organization, with proven experience supporting organizational growth, scaling operations and integrating mergers or acquisitions. They will demonstrate strong change management and culture transformation expertise, experience leading total rewards and talent development strategies, strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a track record of building and developing high-performing HR leadership teams in dynamic environments.Travel PercentLess than 10%FunctionsHuman Resources
