The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a minimum of 7-10 years' progressive experience in HR, organizational development, or talent management, preferably within a complex organization or higher education environment. Responsibilities include leading a comprehensive HR and cultural strategy, serving as a primary advisor to senior leadership on human capital and campus climate, and overseeing a departmental budget. The VP will also be responsible for fostering inclusive excellence, ensuring compliance, and managing the University's Title IX function and student employment operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading transformative changes in policy development, compensation strategy, and employee engagement, and will be deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment. Experience in overseeing or partnering with Title IX/EEO compliance functions and a Master's degree are strongly preferred. The role demands a leader who can effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and who is dedicated to the mission of the institution.
