The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team, guiding complex gift strategies, and cultivating philanthropic partnerships with alumni, parents, and donors who are deeply committed to the company's values. This role demands a visionary leader who can ensure the planned giving function is fully integrated into the company's advancement efforts and is capable of influencing the philanthropic trajectory of the institution.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planned giving, with the ability to blend strategic leadership with frontline engagement. They will be expected to manage a portfolio of 125 prospects and meet an annual individual fundraising expectation of $2-5 million. The role requires a professional who is adept at developing people, shaping systems, and stewarding transformative gifts, and who is prepared to work in a collaborative manner across various academic and administrative units.
