Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in industrial B2B sales within the specified sectors. A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role is required, along with a proven track record in driving business development and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science, including experience with sealing, gaskets, elastomers, polymers, plastics, and composites. Strategic thinking, the ability to work with diverse teams, and proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools are essential.
