Venture Capital Partner

We are seeking an experienced Venture Capital ist or experienced Tech professionals to join our Silicon Valley team. The ideal candidate will drive deal sourcing efforts, leverage their network to identify promising investment opportunities, and represent AICONIC VENTURES in the US Deep Tech ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead deal sourcing initiatives in the US market, with focus on AI, semiconductor, and deep tech startupsBuild and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, industry leaders, research community and other investorsRepresent AICONIC VENTURES at industry events and build the firm's brand in Silicon ValleyEvaluate potential investments, including technical due diligence and market assessmentContribute to fund strategy and investment thesis developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in venture capital, startups, or technology companiesDemonstrated track record of successful investments or exits in deep tech, AI, or semiconductor spaces (optional for Tech professionals)Extensive network in Silicon Valley and the broader US tech ecosystemDeep understanding of emerging technologies, particularly in AI and semiconductor domainsStrong analytical skills and business acumenExcellent communication and negotiation skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independentlyPersonal AttributesIntellectually curious with passion for technological innovationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesProactive problem-solver with attention to detailWillingness to travel for portfolio company meetings and conferencesOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and promising founders globallyCompetitive compensationGlobal exposure to both US Silicon Valley and Asian tech ecosystemsProfessional development and mentorship from experienced investorsDynamic and intellectually stimulating work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
