The nurse collaborates with physicians, patients, and healthcare teams to assess patient needs, develop care plans, monitor progress, and ensure proper documentation while maintaining quality and cost-effective care. Requirements Active RN License . BLS certification required. 1–2 years of case management or clinical nursing experience preferred. Strong care coordination, assessment, and documentation skills .
