Welder Fabricator + Fitters Needed Urgently!Pay: $25-$30 p/hrLocation: CharlotteShift: NightsTig Welding RequiredJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled welder fabricators and fitters to join our team due to the growing demand for our products. With a backlog of projects, we have initiated a night shift to meet production needs. Our unique quality control processes and ability to utilize larger pieces of steel set us apart in the industry, reducing welding seams and enhancing efficiency.ResponsibilitiesPerform welding to code standards with precision and quality.Work with stainless and carbon steel materials.Engage in fabrication tasks with mechanical aptitude.Conduct measurement checks for tolerance and assembly.Participate in quality control processes to ensure exceptional product standards.Pass welding tests to demonstrate proficiency.Essential SkillsStrong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality work.Ability to weld to code with experience in stainless and carbon steel welding.Proficiency in fabrication and mechanical aptitude.Experience in measurement for tolerance checks and assembly.Capability to pass a welding test.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience with welding techniques such as Mig and Tig welding.Blueprint reading skills for accurate fabrication processes.Why Work Here?Join a team known for its great culture and minimal workplace drama.
