QC Technician II

Quality Control TechnicianPay: $18.00-$18.50 per hourSchedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:45pm-1:15amTraining will be on mid shift (Noon-10:30pm) for at least a couple of weeks.Position Summary:Perform line inspections and quality control checks to ensure all manufactured products meet established standards for purity, composition, and quality.Key Responsibilities:Perform pre-operation line approvalsConduct weight checks on encapsulating and tableting machinesInspect in-process and finished products for defectsCollect samples for testing and perform environmental samplingAssist with raw material sampling and product releaseMaintain QC Hold areas and QC Hold LogReview batch records prior to product releaseVerify packaging work orders and documentationFollow all safety, quality, and PPE requirementsQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredStrong attention to detailBasic math and computer skillsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and move materials using a pallet jackManufacturing environment.
