Apparel Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:Manage communication to factories on all production related mattersTracking the lifecycle of all styles in productionFollow retailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, TestingFollow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM systemsTracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Process and daily emails with the factoryLab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factoriesItems for approval to Retailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their teamAll testing complianceQualifications:5+Years’ experience in apparel production for mass market retailersRequired Skills:Sense of urgency and intuitive sense of prioritiesAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentTeam playerStrong work ethicWorking knowledge of tech packs and apparelComputer savvyStrong organization skills
