This exciting addition allows us to enhance our offerings, providing high-quality apparel while maintaining the exceptional service and standards our customers trust.As a Technical Designer for Apparel, you will support fit development process across sleepwear, loungewear, and intimates, ensuring silhouette, comfort, and quality align with brand standards. You will manage technical specs and collaborate with vendors to transition designs from concept to production.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain consistent brand fit and grading rules via Excel.Create and manage comprehensive Tech Packs for all stages (Proto, Fit, PP, TOP).Lead sessions by measuring samples, validating construction, and review feedback.Communicate fit and grading guidelines to partners to meet production timelines.Evaluate fabric stretch, recovery, and shrinkage to ensure fit consistency.Review Pre-Production (PP) samples for final fit and construction standards for bulk.Analyze competitor sizing to ensure the brand remains competitive.Qualifications:Proficiency in technical design, garment construction, and pattern making.Exceptional precision in taking measurements and maintaining spec accuracy.Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.3+ years of technical design experience within the apparel industry.Job Details: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)*EnVogue reserves the right to adjust the salary, within or beyond the stated range, based on factors such as candidate experience, market conditions, and internal compensation structures.
