The role also involves supervising operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow management, as well as planning and scheduling departmental workflow to meet reporting deadlines.Applicants for the Executive Director of Financial Services position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 5 years' of experience in accounting, and a minimum of 3 years' in a supervisory or management role within accounting. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, CPA certification, and experience in governmental accounting are considered advantageous. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, a proven track record of maintaining financial compliance, and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
