In this role, you will nurture leads through timely follow-ups, track conversion performance, and support a smooth onboarding process for new clients. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales or intake experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools such as Clio, with the ability to work efficiently within structured systems and client-facing environments.
